We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and help us implement and improve Agile methodologies across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, and will be able to effectively communicate and teach these to teams at all levels. As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with teams to identify areas for improvement, provide guidance and support, and help to remove any obstacles that may be hindering progress. You will also be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, and for helping teams to develop the skills and knowledge they need to be successful. In this role, you will need to be a strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships and influence others. You will also need to be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Agile coaching role.
